easy access to parks and attractions in chula vista

I had a very restful stay with clean, modern rooms and loved the convenience of being close to restaurants and parks, like Chula Vista Bayside Park and the Nature Center, which made my city strolls incredibly enjoyable.

However, during my stay, the carpets in the entire hotel were freshly cleaned, leaving my room's carpet soaked. WiFi was limited to one corner of the room, and I had to navigate through wet furniture to use it. Additionally, parking was a bit cramped, and while it's near a main street, the nighttime noise level was surprisingly low.

The maintenance requests were handled poorly!!! Expect potential issues with room privacy given thin walls!!! Consider improving noise control measures to enhance guest comfort!!!

Consider asking for rooms away from the lobby for a quieter experience. heavy foot traffic can create noise at peak hours.

Wi-fi was good, and 24-hour reception helped with my late check-in. Parking was tricky.

Room amenities for families!

The King Room was spacious, which was great for our group. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved having a fridge and microwave. However, the noisy plumbing was a pain. We could barely hear the TV with the tap running, and the walls were thin, so we heard neighbors coughing through the night. Just wish they had paid more attention to the details.

Room was cozy, and staff was friendly. The outdoor pool made our stay even better. Parking was a bit tight, but we managed. Breakfast options were nice too!

However, we had to wait quite a bit during check-in as no rooms were ready, which was frustrating after our long drive.

Good place with amenities like free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helping me find a lost jewel during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break.

Family with children paradise

The hotel had this nice swimming pool which was a hit with my kids even though it was a bit chilly they jumped in anyway. Loved the breakfast spread too, with scrambled eggs and sausage links every day, can't complain about that.

It wasn't cheap but considering the experience we had, it was still acceptable.

The spacious room offered a nice view and was quite comfortable, particularly the bed. Enjoying a good breakfast variety, including halal options, was a highlight, making the mornings pleasant. However, check-in was frustratingly long due to unprepared staff, and the lack of extra towels and toilet paper in the room was disappointing. The ADA facilities fell short of expectations, too, which is worth noting for future guests.
